The HPRU in Gastrointestinal Infections are holding their Annual Scientific Conference on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd March 2022. We are planning for this meeting to be a hybrid event to allow people the choice of travelling or to join us via Zoom. The meeting will be held at the Liverpool Medical Institution, Liverpool, L3 5SR. Our hybrid event will include plenaries from experts in the field and presentations from junior researchers presenting their latest research findings across all Themes of the HPRU in Gastrointestinal Infections. Further information on the Programme and Invited Speakers will be available closer to the event.

We are currently finalising the programme for the event but we expect that on Wednesday the 2nd of March the conference will be 10.00-17.00, followed by a drinks reception (17.00-18.15) and on Thursday 3rd of March 9.30-13.00.
If you require any information on hotels etc in Liverpool you can find these via the Visit Liverpool website (www.visitliverpool.com). We recommend the Hope Street Hotel which is based a short walk from the venue, please quote 'Liverpool University' when booking to benefit from the University of Liverpool’s preferential rate.
